SHIPPING & PICK UP POLICY
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

We utlize multiple carriers to ship packages depending on weight and size. You will be notified by email with a confirmation of the order and the details about the order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.
​You may cancel an online pick up order until we confirm the order with you. After that you must pick up the scheduled item if confirmation has been made or below policy goes into effect.
In store pick up items must be picked up within 72 hours of purchasing the item. In the event you do not pick up the item.
The order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. A holding/ cancelation fee will apply to the customer. This fee is 15% of the total order value with a $5 minimum fee. Max fee of $125. There are no exceptions this takes up shelf space on the order rack and cost transaction fees to process payments. Please make sure to pick up your order within the 72 hour time window! Thank you.

Boats and anything over $100 you will need to show an ID to pick up the order. We will not let shipping companies pick up the items. If you order it, you must be the one to pick up large items. If you are purchasing for someone else please give us a call before placing the order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item
​
The item must be in its orignal non worn condition and all tags and or boxes must be with it (Including any stickers on the products)
​
Purchaser is responsible for ALL return shipping and fees and a refund will not be issued until the item is received.
​
Banks will sometimes hold funds for up to 14 days. We are not responsible for any misshaps with the bank or other financial institutions.

In the event an item is damaged in transport, you have 24 hours from the time it is receieved to file a claim and send photos of the item. If not then no refund will be issued. Once a claim is filed you must send the item back to us and we will then refund your money.

We are not held responsible for any packages that say confirmed deleivered that are lost or stolen. No refund will be issued. Please contact the postal carrier for any claims for insurance.

All boats, bikes, and climbing gear are nonreturnable due to liability.
​
Please keep in mind. In the event of a chargeback legal action will be taken.
